**Carron and Dylan**

I met Carron back in October as she was just getting started on her wedding vision…she had been referred to me by one of my fave clients, Paola, and we instantly clicked!    She booked me on the spot, and shortly after our meeting  she booked her venue, Shutters on the Beach……can I just say, swooooon.  That venue has it all…..a gorgeous view, chic decor and AMAZING food!!  After we had their tasting, I was so excited for her wedding day, it couldn’t come soon enough!!  Below are some shots of the day from their photographer, Nadia Pandolfo:

The gorgous bride coming down the aisle with her dad:

Dylan, the groom, and his best man waiting for everyone to rock down the aisle.  Check out that gorgeous oceanview that the guests were treated to in the background!!

The postcard view in front of Shutters, with an exuberant post-ceremony bride and groom!

The manzanita crystal tree decor on the escort card table knocked the guests’ socks off!  Yay for Flowers On Mars for bringing the vision to life!

Their awesome tablescapes…..I heart the damask!  Flowers on Mars provided the chic centerpieces and the matching napkins!

The cupcake tower, done to match the wedding theme, chock full of yummy goodness by none other than Vanilla Bake Shop!  And of course, props to the Nike Air groom’s cake next to it!

The groom, dipping his bride at the end of their first dance…..so cute!

Carron and Dylan –   It was SO great to work with you both!!  Carron, after our first meeting, and Dylan, after our random first encounter in the elevator, I knew that I had two clients who I just loved being around!!  Your wedding was picture perfect and I’m so happy for the two of you!!

**Jennifer and Mihai**

I met Jennifer and Mihai after they had booked their gorgeous venue (The Westlake Village Inn) and most of their amazing vendors!   Jennifer decided to go solely off of referrals she had gotten on Project Wedding and booked me after a few emails…….I was thrilled to be a part of her team!  Below are a few of the gorgeous shots from the day, from the kickass husband and wife team, Louis and Erin Palos at Palos Studio!

Jennifer’s amazing Blue by Enzoani dress, alongside a drool-worthy Dana Saylor bracelet:

The beautiful bride…….I wanted to snag that Jennifer Behr headband, TOO fab!!

Jennifer’s gorgeous bouquet, made by Commerce Flowers…..you just can’t ever go wrong with peonies!

I loved her bright and cheerful color combo……a bright teal aqua and hot pink!

And of course, we gotta give props to the dapper guys:

I know this may seem random, but it was a tribute for Jennifer and Mihai’s great love for Taco Bell!  I will admit it, I love Taco Bell too, it’s my guilty pleasure.

The blushing bride making her way down the aisle that was lined with fluffylicious pomanders by Commerce Flowers:

Their ceremony, set at the beautiful Meditteranean gazebo at Westlake, was just a picture perfect setting for their touching vows!

There are innumerous places around Westlake to shoot amazing pictures, but the Rose Arbor is by far my favorite!

Honestly, what reception isn’t made better with a little bling?  Jennifer bought these amazing blinged-out candlesticks that we set mini pomanders on and set throughout the reception!

Another adorable bird cake topper…..it was just too cute, sitting on that perfect looking cake, made by A Sweet Design!  And below that, the couple won the prize for cutting the biggest slab of cake during their cake cutting that I’ve ever witnessed.  Smart move……because that cake was AMAZING and their guests kept coming up for seconds!

Please visit the Palos blog for more great shots of this beautiful day!

Jennifer and Mihai – It was such a pleasure to see your wedding come together so beautifully…….especially because of the 5 degrees of separation that we share!!  I wish you two all the very best!

**Stephanie and Eric**

I have a confession to make.   I’m organized.  Ridiculously organized…..perhaps even to the point of being neurotic.  It keeps me sane and when things aren’t organized, it brings me great anxiety.    I rarely meet people who can top me in field of being organized, so when I met Stephanie and her groom Eric who absolutely did, I LOVED them for it!

Stephanie and Eric had come pretty far in their wedding planning by the time I met with them back in February for their May wedding.   They had selected a private estate in Bell Canyon for their intimate wedding of only their closest friends and family, and Stephanie planned on doing mostly everything herself, including her flowers!!   Her groom Eric had even drawn up a CAD drawing of the floor plan…they definitely had a vision and a plan.   With the catering handled by Il Fornaio, music by their acquaintances (Eric is a fab musician!), and their DIY decor setup by my team….the plan was unstoppable!

Below are a few of the amazing shots taken by husband and wife team, Viera Photography:

I have a crazy obsession with flats, so this picture of Stephanie’s adorably cute wedding shoes just makes me giddy!

I was in love with her dress…..layers and layers of gorgeous organza created the bottom of this ethereal look:

And the groom, Eric, not to be outdown, donning his chic striped tie!

A great look at the venue’s back lawn area, where the ceremony took place.  I love when couples find unique places to hold their weddings!!

Their flowergirl entourage…..can you say utter cuteness??

And this sweet girl, taking her flowergirl duties to the next level!

A close-up of Stephanie and Eric’s DIY ceremony arch…..dozens of tiny blooms hanging on invisible fishing wire created such a perfect look!  The perfect place to frame their very touching ceremony moment.

We set up a nice clothesline display of childhood and current pics of Stephanie and Eric, on the path en route to the ceremony.  The guests loved it!!

A great table shot and a close-up of Stephanie’s beautiful DIY centerpieces.  How rad are those quirky sea urchin-like flowers!!?

The super cool lounge-y area we created outside near the bar!

And I’ll end with a sweet shot of the newlyweds feeling clearly touched, while their parents and friends toasted them.

Please visit the Vieras’ blog for more pictures of this fabulous day!

Stephanie and Eric – You two are such an amazing fit, I loved working with you guys on your wedding, even for the short time we got!  I wish you all the very best!

**Lauren and Simon**

Another fabulous wedding to add to the mix!  I met Lauren back in November, when she shared her wedding vision  with me that included a beautiful church ceremony (St. Monica’s), followed by a warm Italian villa feel reception at the Bel Air Bay Club, overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean.   She wanted to infuse the romance of Italy into her wedding with her colors, flowers, family-style dinner service, and mini limoncello bottle favors, and in doing so, she treated her guests to a mini-vacation for the evening.  Without further ado, below are some of my favorite shots of the day, by the fabulous Dave Richards!

The dashing groom, Simon, and the beautiful bride!  I absolutely loved her flowy dress and the shrug she wore over it was perfection!

The very chic bridesmaids, clad in Priscilla of Boston dresses, along with their dashing Aussie groomsmen!

The bride’s all ivory bouquet filled with gardenias, orchids, hundrangea and callas, and the bridesmaids’ bouquets, with their cornflower blue hydrangea pop of color!

Some of the ceremony elements, which went along perfectly with the historic feel of the church.

Sealed with a kiss!

And now, on to the reception…..the escort card table with it’s AMAZINGLY huge and striking floral display by Greenleaf Studio, the in-house floral designer at the BABC.

A great table shot, with the sheer champagne overlays from La Tavola and  warm floral centerpieces.

A close-up of the yummy centerpieces with the sweet touches of kumquats, and the menus accented by a sprig of greenery.  This shot was taken by Dave’s fab second shooter, Adrienne Gunde:

The adorably sweet mini bottles of limoncello were a huge hit as the favors:

Their drool-worthy dessert table, done by none other than Vanilla Bake Shop!

Lauren and Simon – It was such a pleasure working with you on your wedding……it came together magically and I hope it was a day you will never forget!  Seeing your “Time of My Life” last dance moment brought back memories for me from my own wedding….I loved it!!
